Privacy Policy

Account: your name, email address, optional phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your Google account ID, name and verified email address from Google — nothing else from your Google account.

Orders and wallet: what you buy, the game ID / server ID or other details you enter for an order, your MMK and THB wallet balances and history, and the payment screenshots you upload when adding money.

Technical: your IP address, browser type and the time of requests, used for security (sign-in protection, fraud prevention) and to keep you signed in.

To create and secure your account, process your orders and wallet top-ups, deliver what you bought, answer your questions, and prevent fraud and abuse.

To fulfil game top-ups and some digital products we send only the details needed for that order (for example your game ID and server ID) to our supplier.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you sign in with Google we use your Google account ID, name and email only to create your ITK account and sign you in. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not share Google user data with anyone. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use only necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in, and short-lived ones that protect sign-in with Google. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account and order records while your account is open and as long as needed for accounting, refunds and legal reasons. Payment screenshots are kept only as long as needed to check and settle payments.

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, delivered account details are encrypted, and only authorised ITK staff can see order information.

You can view your details on your Profile page and change your password there. To correct your information or delete your account, contact us through our Facebook Page Messenger (m.me/ITKDigitalStore) or Telegram. We will reply and act within a reasonable time.
